The hotel had a fantastic location right in the center of the historic district, just in front of the theater. It was convenient to catch the bus to and from the airport at Theatro Politeama. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent breakfast with homemade Sicilian lemon jam sold on-site. 7th floor room with balcony and great view. Convenient bus stop to/from airport. Spacious room with extras like a welcome fruit bowl and electric jug for tea. Friendly and helpful staff, even setting up a navigation system. Look forward to returning next year!

The rooms were nicely updated and spacious with comfortable beds. The location was great, within walking distance to the opera house and other attractions. the hotel offered valet parking which was convenient.

One negative aspect was that the lobby area could use some updating to match the modern rooms. there was no restaurant in the hotel, but there were plenty of nearby options for dining.

A major plus point of our stay at this centrally-located hotel was its prime position facing the famous Politeama Theater square. We were able to easily walk to all the sightseeing points from the hotel, and there were plenty of shops and eating places in the vicinity. The breakfast offered a good choice of food and was of good quality. The staff were helpful and friendly, and we appreciated the pre-mail with transport information as well as the welcome drink and bottle of water. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, and the wooden floors added a warm touch. The bathroom was a good size and well-equipped with amenities. The hotel also had convenient access to transport links, with the bus stop to the airport right outside and a taxi stand opposite the entrance.

The lobby appeared dark and somewhat depressing, with a lot of seating but limited interest due to the dim lighting. The shower in our room had temperature fluctuations and the sofa was uncomfortable to sit on.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location was just perfect, right next to the stop for the airport bus and within walking distance from everything in the city center. The area was lovely and it was so convenient to have easy access to the Port. The service here was top-notch, from the reservation process all the way to the hospitality of the staff. They were so helpful and accommodating, making us feel welcome and ensuring that our needs were met. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could ask for, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a bar and restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast and a snack bar for those in-between cravings. The facilities were great too, with free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception for our convenience. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!
